Site Maple Path Co., Ltd. was established in 2019 in Jung-gu, Seoul, after our founder spent three years assisting family offices and individual holders who kept seed phrases on paper but lacked a coherent index. We saw repeated situations: multiple envelopes in different drawers, deposit box keys without written context, and heirs who could not tell a passphrase sheet from a tax document.

We operate as a document cataloging and vault mapping practice. We do not custody cryptocurrency, do not hold private keys, and do not connect hardware wallets to our equipment during sessions.

Our approach

Every engagement begins with a scope conversation: how many backup sets exist, where they are stored, and who may need access in an emergency. We work on paper and in bound ledgers at our office or at your location. Photographs, when used, capture folder labels and vault exteriors—not seed phrase content.

Our team includes archivists trained in Korean records practice, a former bank vault attendant who drafts floor-plan overlays, and a technical writer who translates wallet recovery steps into plain language for heirs.

Relationship to clients

Most clients return annually for a ledger refresh after they add a new wallet or move a safe. We maintain session notes under strict confidentiality agreements. Referrals come from estate attorneys, tax advisers, and long-term hardware wallet users in the Seoul and Busan areas.

We publish field notes on materials, labeling conventions, and vault placement—not market commentary or investment guidance.
