Session rates for paper backup cataloging, vault mapping, and documentation review at Site Maple Path in Seoul.
Our fees reflect in-person time, travel within the Seoul metropolitan area, and the bound ledger materials we provide. Exact quotes depend on the number of backup sets, vault locations, and whether heirs attend the session.

What affects your estimate
Number of backup sets. Each additional seed phrase sheet, metal plate, or split backup adds indexing time and duplicate ledger pages.
Travel. Sessions within Seoul, Incheon, and Gyeonggi are included in starting rates. Visits to Busan, Daegu, or other regions are quoted with lodging if an overnight stay is required.
Vault access. Bank deposit box sessions require you to arrange access hours in advance. After-hours vault fees charged by the institution are passed through at cost.
Heir attendance. We encourage one heir to attend part of a cataloging session. Additional participants beyond two add a modest facilitation fee to cover extended time and extra bound copies.
Deposits and payment
We request a 30% deposit to confirm dates more than 14 days out. The balance is due at the end of the session. We accept bank transfer and domestic card payment at our office. We do not process cryptocurrency payments.
