Who this is for
Holders who keep seed phrases, passphrases, or split backups on paper, metal, or offline media—and need a single index that family members can follow without opening every envelope. Typical clients maintain two to six backup sets across home safes and bank deposit boxes.
What you receive
A bound ledger with dated index pages, color-coded tabs matching your folder system, and cross-references to vault map coordinates if you also commission mapping. One heir copy is included when a family member attends part of the session.
Scope included
- Inventory of backup media types (handwritten sheets, stamped plates, laminated cards)
- Assignment of reference codes (e.g., BK-01, BK-02) without transcribing seed content
- Notes on creation date, wallet role, and passphrase presence
- Recommendations for envelope labeling and duplicate placement
- Session summary page for your estate attorney or tax adviser if requested
Excluded
We do not photograph seed phrase text, connect hardware wallets to computers, verify on-chain balances, or store copies of your backups at our office. We do not provide investment or tax advice.
Process
- Intake call (15 minutes) — You describe backup count and locations. We confirm whether the session fits two hours or needs extension.
- Session — At our Jung-gu office or your location. You handle all backup materials; we index and document placement context.
- Ledger delivery — Bound volume handed over at session end. Digital scans are available only if you explicitly request encrypted delivery through your own cloud account.
Preparation
Gather all backup envelopes and keys for containers you want indexed. Do not unstaple or unfold metal plates unless you intend to verify legibility during the session. If heirs attend, agree in advance which ledger sections they may read.
Timeline
Standard booking lead time is 5–10 business days. Urgent slots after wallet migration may be available within 48 hours at a supplemental scheduling fee.
