1. Acceptance

By accessing sitemaplepath.click or engaging our cataloging, vault mapping, or documentation services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website or our services.

2. Services described

We provide in-person paper backup cataloging, vault location mapping, recovery documentation review, and related workshops for offline wallet holders. Services are professional and delivered by appointment. Website content is informational.

3. No custody of assets or keys

We do not hold cryptocurrency, private keys, seed phrases, or backup copies unless explicitly agreed in a separate written custody agreement—which we generally do not offer. You retain all backup materials at all times during sessions.

4. Client responsibilities

You must provide accurate information about backup locations and session scope. You are responsible for legal compliance regarding your assets and estate planning. You must arrange vault and deposit box access. Minors may not handle seed material during sessions.

5. Intellectual property

Website text, layout, and branding are owned by Site Maple Path Co., Ltd. Ledgers and maps produced for you become your property upon full payment. We retain the right to use anonymized methodological descriptions in training materials unless you opt out in writing.

6. Confidentiality

We treat session details as confidential. We do not sell client lists. Confidentiality obligations survive termination except where disclosure is required by Korean law or court order.

7. Limitation of liability

Our services document placement and indexing of offline backups. We are not liable for loss of assets, failed recovery, market movements, or damages arising from your storage choices. To the maximum extent permitted under the laws of the Republic of Korea, our aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific session giving rise to the claim.

8. Website use

You may not scrape, reverse engineer, or misuse the website. You may not use the site to transmit malware or unlawful content through our contact form.

9. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Courts in Seoul shall have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer protection rules assign jurisdiction elsewhere.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. Material changes apply to new engagements after the posted effective date.
